Using Your Tracking Link
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email and/or SMS/WhatsApp notification containing a tracking link and tracking number. Simply click the link to see the latest status and estimated delivery date for your shipment.
Can't Find Your Tracking Details?
If you haven't received your tracking information, please:
- Check your spam or junk email folder.
- Allow 1–2 business days after placing your order for it to be processed and dispatched.
- Make sure the email address and mobile number on your order are correct.
If you still can't locate your tracking details, email us at care@routinee.in with your order number, registered name, email, and mobile number, and we'll share your status right away.
Delivery Timelines
After dispatch, delivery generally takes 2–4 business days for metro cities, 3–7 business days for other cities and towns, and 5–10 business days for remote locations.
